WOMEN IN THE CONTEMPORARY PERU: THEIR ROLE IN THIS SOCIETY (Reflexion)

We are in the 21st century, various important events have occurred throughout our history, and those involving women are no exception. For many years, various demonstrations were held around women's rights, and for good, they have borne fruit. The vision of them compared to previous centuries has changed significantly and we are aware of it. However, should we settle for it? 

In this blog, we review some episodes of our history and we have focused on women as protagonists with the changes in vision that helped to put the struggle to understand their roles in society into context. Now, it is necessary to look at the present (and perhaps the future) about what we lack. In principle, labor gaps and violence have been obstacles to the (still) appreciation of women today, so despite all the progress made, there is still more to be done. We cannot be conformists and believe that everything is solved. 

The objectives are being gradually fulfilled, but too slowly. The gates of progress are half-open and we are the ones who must open it.
